Pulcherie leads BIM CORPORATION's Africa office HR, where she manages a talented team to drive results for clients across West Africa region, in collaboration with the CFO.

Pulcherie started in BIM CORPORATION’s Burkina Faso office in 2016 before moving out to the West Africa regional office in 2018 to help grow the company’s West Africa presence.
